Hi Umar,

I am good. I hope you are fine too. It has been a while that I talked to you but you would be excited to know that I have recently moved to your town. I am finally going to go ahead with the business plan you recommended me.  If everything goes well I would be able to open my first book store. I recently bought a house so I am running out of funds so it would be much appreciated if you could provide some monetary favor.

 

I have rented a place near the intersection of Adelaide and Oxford Street and it is having a space of 15,000 square feet. I would say that I am very fortunate to have found this place for only $24,000 per annum, but I would be requiring an extra $30,000 for inventory. I want to keep a wide range of books so that people could have more books to choose from.

 

I have been trying to sell a shop which I got from my father and I would be able to pay you the money back as soon as it is sold. Even if it does not get sold, I have made some other arrangements to ensure that I get your money back to you within 6 months. I am hopeful for your positive response and if you decide to give me money please reply to me so that I could send you my bank account details.
