People often find it difficult to distinguish between internal stakeholders and external stakeholder. You would probably know that stakeholders are the people who are affected by the operations of the business, but how would you find the internal stakeholder. Internal stakeholder are the people who are part of the company.

For example:

Employees are part of the company so they will be considered are internal stakeholders, but will banks be considered as internal stakeholders?

No, because bank may be influenced by the decisions made by the company or it may provide the loan facility but is not a part of the company.
